Restaurant Night!

Thanks to all of our wonderful staff for making this year's restaurant night such a huge success!

Valentine's Day at Latham Centers

Valentine's Day at Latham Centers was celebrated Monday evening with our annual Restaurant Night.  The dining room on campus was beautifully decorated with tablecloths, linen napkins and candlelight.  The students dressed as if they were going to a fine restaurant and the atmosphere was very festive.  The meal started with an appetizer of soup or potstickers.  Dinner selections included either steak with roasted vegetables or sesame chicken with noodles and the best part, dessert, was either chocolate cream pie or red velvet cupcakes.  Very difficult decisions!  The students especially enjoyed members of the management staff acting as their waiters.  Everyone had such a good time there is talk of expanding Restaurant Night to other holidays.

"Without Valentine's Day, February would be... well, January."
